Magnifica cavalcata di alta montagna, impegnativa ma di gran soddisfazione, da affrontare con condizioni nivo-meteo sicure e/o accompagnati da esperti. Partendo dalla località Risolina, al primo bivio si gira  sinistra, si attraversa la frazione Cormignano e si prosegue lungo la strada forestale di Stol. Le fatiche di questa lunga salita sono ampiamente compensate dallo scenario mozzafiato che si apre al raggiungimento della località Pianaccio. Qui si scollina in corrispondenza di un ampio pianoro, si attraversano le malghe Salina e Andrina e, in corrispondenza del C. di Grom si abbandona la strada e si prosegue lungo il dosso che si inoltra nel bosco sino a raggiungere nell'ordine le località Grom, Cantia e Ponte di Palot. Qui si interseca la strada del Mortirolo e, dopo poche centinaia di metri, il bivio con la strada vecchia del Mortirolo, lungo la quale si raggiunge Monno.

This is a marvellous demanding but also highly fulfilling high-mountain ride, which must be undertaken only by calm weather and/or accompanied by experts. From Risolina turn left at the first junction, then pass through the frazione Cormignano and continue on the forest road of Stol. All the toil for this quiet tough climb will be rewarded by the breathtaking view, which will open to your eyes once you reach Pianaccio. You begin your descent there, by a wide clearing, and then go past the Salina and Andrina Alpine Pastures. Leave the road by the C. di Grom and continue alongside the hill through the forest until you get to Grom, Cantia and finally to Ponte di Palot, where you cross the road of the Mortirolo. After some hundred meters, at the junction with the old road of the Mortirolo (“strada vecchia”), follow it and reach Monno.
